Cricket fans will always remember India’s devastating loss to Australia in the 2023 World Cup as an unpleasant experience. The heartbreaking loss to India continues to worry sports lovers. Even after their country won ten straight games to advance to the final, cricket fans are still troubled by the loss, even though it has been over a month.

With all the players in excellent shape, everyone was certain that India would win. The great bowler Mohammed Shami of India has now finally spoken out about the loss. Stating that the “Men in Blue” did their best, but it was all in vain.

The speedster claimed that they tried their hardest to win the championship match and maintain their momentum throughout the competition. He continued by saying that he was still in disbelief and was unable to pinpoint the exact moment the squad lost the championship game.

India’s World Cup loss devastated the country as a whole. We made a complete effort to maintain the momentum we had built to the very end. However, Shami stated that it is inexplicable where we made a mistake.

He discussed PM Modi’s visit with Aaj Tak as well, saying, “We were heartbroken after the loss and were sitting dejectedly.” It seemed as though our two months of diligent labor had been wasted over a single match. We were having a rough day and were feeling down, but when the PM came in, we had to maintain our composure.

Modiji just walked in without even informing us that he was going to be there. He said, “When he arrived,. It was such a big surprise for us because earlier we weren’t even in the mood to eat and talk to each other.”
